Install the remote support tool in a few clicks. No technical knowledge needed.

Download the installer
It is the official RustDesk installer, already set up for our support server.

Open the downloaded file
Click it in your browser's download bar, or find it in your Downloads folder. The file is named rustdesk-host=remote.aiteklabs.com,key=...exe
If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info then Run anyway.

Click "Accept and Install", then "Yes" on the Windows permission popup

Done RustDesk opens already connected to our server. Send us the ID shown in the window to start the remote session.
Alternative: install from PowerShell
Right-click the Start button, choose Terminal (Admin), paste this command and press Enter:
irm https://support.aitek.tech/install-rustdesk.ps1 | iex
Or download and double-click install-rustdesk.bat. Windows 10/11, 64-bit (Intel/AMD and ARM).

Download RustDesk
Not sure which one? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac. "Chip Apple M1/M2/M3/M4" means Apple Silicon, "Processor Intel" means Intel.

Install and open RustDesk
Open the downloaded .dmg, drag RustDesk onto the Applications folder, then open RustDesk from Applications. If macOS asks, click Open.

Copy our server settings

Paste them into RustDesk
In RustDesk click the menu (⋮) → Settings → Network. If you see "Unlock network settings", click it and enter your Mac password. Then click the paste icon next to "ID/Relay server" (tooltip Import server config). A message confirms the import.

Done Allow the Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions RustDesk asks for, then send us the ID shown in the window.
Alternative: one command in Terminal (no password needed)
Press Cmd + Space, type Terminal, press Enter. Then paste this command and press Enter:
curl -fsSL https://support.aitek.tech/install-rustdesk.sh | bash
Downloads, installs and configures RustDesk automatically, then shows your ID. A password window only appears if your account is not an administrator. Intel and Apple Silicon.
